Inspired by their home and time in Colombia, Frank and Rachel from Fidela Coffee Roasters bring a taste of Latin America to the North Coast, with slow-roasted chicken and farm fresh sides.
At Finca, each dish is carefully prepared with locally sourced ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality. The chickens are marinated for 30 hours in a blend of spices and slow-roasted over charcoal, resulting in a rich and authentic flavour profile. Customers can enjoy a delicious meal while supporting local farmers and producers.
Led by Frank, a skilled cook with roots in NariƱo in the south of Colombia; Finca emphasises the importance of "farm to table" freshness and community involvement.
