Sean and Trudy Brolly have been on the local food scene from mid 80’s Sean grew up with Hospitality in the family business and Trudy studied at the Catering college Portrush and spent many years working in Spain.

Promoting an ethos of supporting local food and drink the Bistro at the Courthouse will be offering coffee, bakes, brunch, and lunch to begin with - then they have exciting plans in place to introduce even more local collaborations and experiences through seasonal menus, cookery classes and tasting evenings.

The Bistro will be serving breakfast and lunch from 10am to 4.30pm and look forward to serving Dinner from the 18th December onwards.

The menu features fresh, locally sourced ingredients and a variety of mouthwatering meals.
