Glebe Farm
Glebe Farm is a family run farm passed down through the generations. They have been farming the land at the Glebe since the early 1940s. Over the years the farm has evolved; modernising their farming methods and improving sustainable practices. Gradually, they have moved into niche native breed cattle growing their herd of Dexters & Irish Moiled. In the summer of 2024, they launched âGlebe Farm Native Breed Beefâ. It has been a whirlwind since the beginning, in the best possible way!

Now onto the fourth generation, Glebe Farm are passionate about selling good, honest produce direct to the consumer straight from their farm. When collecting their beef, customers have the opportunity to see around the farm and get an insight into exactly where their produce is coming from.
Glebe Farm cattle are fed on solely a grass-fed diet, spending most of the year outdoors left to slowly mature. There are many benefits of grass fed beef, too many to list, but some include lower in saturated fat, increased omegas, and increased antioxidant vitamins. The fine marbling through their beef just melts as you cook, creating a delectable flavour.
Glebe Farm beef is sourced from native breed cattle directly from their farm, which they think is important to support the heritage and survival of the rare breeds in Northern Ireland. By choosing to buy traditional beef, not only are you supporting your local farmers, but you are preserving the future for these rare breed cattle.
So, whether youâre craving a juicy burger, or a scrumptious steak Glebe Farm promise to deliver the impeccable taste of traditional beef.
