Alison opened the bakery in Castlerock in spring 2022 and produces a range of delicious home baked treats, scones and Guinness wheaten which is the perfect accompaniment to the warming soups and tasty seafood chowder the bakery also sell. Everything is made using the finest, locally sourced ingredients.

Alison also makes a range of preserves including Chilli Jam, Orange and Whiskey Marmalade, Raspberry Jam and Mango Chilli Chutney which are sold in the bakery.
