When you visit the towns and villages across the Causeway Coast and Glens area there are lots of opportunities to support our local producers by buying locally produced food and drinks.

Armoy

• Ballykenver Farm Shop

The Farmshop in Armoy underwent extension work earlier this year and reopened with the new branding “Ballykenver Farmshop & Kitchen”.  As well as being able to buy the full range of Ballykenver’s own preserves – Jams, Chutneys and Curds and award winning home made puddings, the farm shop also stocks a wide range of other locally made products.

Ballymoney

• Apperley Fine Foods

In November 2022 Apperley’s re-opened their newly renovated store in Ballymoney with a butchery, bakery area, deli, ready meal section and sit in area. The store now also stocks a wide range of locally made products. Apperley’s also have stores in Limavady, Ballymena and Antrim.

• Maegden

Maegden are a proper cheesemongers and quality food shop based in the north coast village of Bushmills, also serving up grilled cheese, sweet treats, and speciality coffee to go.
