The chefs are dedicated to sourcing the highest quality local ingredients for their menus by collaborating with local producers and all suppliers for the newly refurbished Marconi’s Bistro are located within a 50-mile radius of the hotel. This commitment ensures minimal impact on both the local and global environment.

Fresh local Fish & Seafood dishes feature on the menus daily with classic Mussels, Seafood Chowder or Traditional Cod ‘N’ Chips to name a few.
Join the team at Marconi’s on the first Friday of each month to celebrate the flavours of the sea and enjoy four courses of the finest seafood with their increasingly popular Seafood Evenings.
Head Chef Jack Mooney crafts a new menu every month, featuring a blend of classic seafood favourites and innovative dishes with a modern twist making this the perfect event for food enthusiasts to experience a taste for the ocean.

- Prosciutto wrapped cod loin, wilted spinach & cavolo nero, sauté new potatoes & caper beurre noisette.
- Pan fried brill fillet, roasted vegetable, mussel & smoked gubeen chorizo bouillabaisse, basil oil.
- Whole baked lemon sole, stem broccoli, garden pea & broad bean gnocchi, tomato & citrus dressing.
- Shellfish linguine, steamed clams, mussels & langoustines, garlic & chilli olive oil, white wine & freshly chopped herbs
